Enter the most terrifying tunnel!

From the 3rd to 13th of October 2024, and for the second consecutive year, within the framework of Sitges Fantastic Film Week, students of Special System of Plastic Arts and Design and Performing Arts and Professional Training of some fifty Art Schools and FP Institutes from all over Catalonia create an experimental space, in Cultural format called the “Passage of terror”

It is an innovative project that is carried out as a result of the three-way collaboration between the Department of Education and Professional Training, the Sitges City Council and the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival.

It consists of an activity set in an old abandoned film studio, where visitors will live terrifying situations, thus seeking the connection with the world of cinema and the main theme of the festival.

The students involved in Visual Arts and Design, Performing Arts and Professional Training, are in charge of setting up, under the guidelines of a designer, all the tasks necessary to put into operation the experiential space of the “Passage pf terror” as they are, among others, the realization of the circuit, the montage and all its facilities, the staging, the decorations.

This experience allows us to highlight a very important range of professional opportunities while showing the potential of professional training and the advantages of carrying out a real project in a significant context.
